Shipping and Returns

We want every order to arrive with the same care with which it is prepared.

Each Rake Lab creation is carefully packaged and shipped in dedicated packaging, ready to be gifted or kept.

Shipments

• Shipping in Italy: 2–5 working days
• Shipping Europe: 4–8 working days
• International Shipping: variable times depending on the destination

Once the order is shipped, you will receive confirmation and tracking updates where available.

Preparation times

Available products are prepared within 1–3 working days.

For any custom-made items, the times will be indicated on the product sheet.

Returns

If for any reason you wish to make a return, you can contact us within 14 days of delivery.

The item must be returned in its original condition and in the packaging received.

Once the return is received and verified, we will proceed with the refund according to the payment method used.
